Skyavenue Burger and Lobster Singapore entrance

Venture up to SkyAvenue, the world's highest Burger & Lobster, and get ready for a truly unforgettable dining experience.

At Burger & Lobster SkyAvenue, guests savour wild-caught Atlantic lobsters from Nova Scotia, Canada, in dishes like the Original Lobster (steamed or grilled) and the Lobster Roll. The highlight is the Chilli Lobster, a sweet and spicy crab dish served with brioche that's perfect for dipping in the flavorful chilli gravy.

Our burgers are made with the best quality halal-certified beef from Stanbroke, Australia. The B&L Burger combines beef and lobster meat, Chinese cabbage, and tarragon-truffle sauce.

Two must-try dishes are the durian tempura – a battered dumpling filled with premium durian filling, and The Time Keeper mocktail made from black tea, calamansi lime, kaffir lime leaf and palm sugar syrup, served in a takeaway bag.

Founded in 2011, Burger & Lobster has become a successful food phenomenon that focuses on serving two things extremely well: Wild Lobsters and Prime Burgers. From its inception, Burger & Lobster has grown as a chain expanding outside of London and found footing in Malaysia, New York, Kuwait, Qatar, and Singapore.

The first South East Asian Burger & Lobster opened in Resorts World Genting, Malaysia in 2016, as part of a vibrant expansion plan which featured an exciting retail and R&B concept, Sky Avenue.
